HSA account yearly employer contribution is very high ($1600), which really allows comfort/flexibility with doctors visits.
I was a staff member at IU. The dental plan had a $1,500 annal limit and the copay was 50%. The health insurance had a high deductible too, somewhere around $2,500.
Part time job. So a worth pay
Employer contributions are awesome. The benefits package is the best I've seen in this "at will" work state.
Ample time off; good health insurance
As a part-time employee you do not have access to benefits. I do however know that full time employees receive benefits from the university.
I get 6 weeks time off, 10 percent of my salary as retirement without the having to match, really fantastic healthcare for pretty inexpensive prices, life insurance, work from home
Benefits are amazing! Professional staff accrue 6 weeks paid time off in their first year. Large percent of health insurance covered by University.
Outstanding benefits. Great and affordable healthcare packages as well as numerous perks and discounts on everything from computers to restaurants to your phone bill.
Reasonable deductible on health insurance with money put into HSA in the amount of the deductible.
