Generous vacation time, great healthcare that covers dental, eye, etc. generous sick time as well - flexibility to work from home
Great health coverage and fitness reimbursement
Benefits are comparable to most Ag companies. An employer match on 401k would be nice. Overall the vacation time is nice when you hear about it in an interview, however the company frowns upon you using it or taking anytime away from work. Most “company holidays” you are expected to still work even though they are recognized in the employee handbook. Don’t let the week between Christmas and New Years fool you. They expect you to work then too even though they say it’s time off. Truth be told...this company’s idea of work versus life balance is awful. There is none. Don’t let the people team deceive you with free lunch and bike reimbursement. The company doesn’t care for employees, just the company.
Some perks are free healthy lunches and snacks
Everything benefits wise looks great. From insurance to vacation, it seems like Indigo really takes care of their employees.
Good priced benefits, healthy food is free in the office. Office is closed for holidays but we were required to keep working anyway.
This is absolutely the most employee minded company that I have ever worked for. The only things that I can think of that they could look to add would be 401K match, currently it is just employee contributions; higher rollover of vacation time; an onsite or extremely close FNP/wellness clinic especially as onsite employment continues to increase. Fantastic medical/dental/vision insurance at a low cost Paid shutdown from Christmas to New Years Lunch is provided several days a week Gym stipend to cover part/all of gym membership of your choice
free lunch three days a week, decent amount of days off, transportation reimbursement
Wow, the benefits are absolutely incredible!
The benefit package is like none other and if that didnt sell you the two week paid vacation around Christmas Eve to New Years Day sold me
