Best things about Indigo is the emphasis of work and personal time. There is a true division and difference between the two in life. If you do not allow yourself to be divided it will overwhelm you. Also free lunchs are always a hit in my book!
Best health insurance I have ever had for my family (BlueCross, BlueShield PPO). I had an HSA through Aetna with my old employer and really liked it but have found my current plan to be exceptional. Dental: BlueCross, Blue Shield. Delta Blue coverage Vision Insurance Life Insurance Company paid truck + gas, including for personal use, $75 phone stipend, $25/month gym reimbursement I hope in the near future they have a 401K match. Right now, it's just a 401K.
401k not matched, all the other benefits/perks of working at Indigo are stellar.
401k, snacks, provided lunch, bike repair, gym credit
The medical, dental, and vision is very good for a family.
The healthcare package is good and includes medical care, dental, prescription, and vision.
It's not bad. Bonuses are nice. Things are changing slightly (generally for the better) with the break away from the VC's plans.
Best - Vacation & holiday time, bonus, stock options, free food, very good insurance, health and wellness, free parking Worst - No 401(k) match
Free food and stocked kitchen are great! Time off is just ok. I wish they would combined sick and vacation day into one pool. If you're healthy you prob won't need to use sick days but you still want to be able to use that time off. It would be nice to not have to come up with excuses to use that time. And being healthy is a great thing! I know Indigo values health, so you should take a second look at your time off policy around sick days. Cough cough one big bucket.
4 weeks of vacation, fantastic food in the office, amazing focus on health and wellness
