I liked the fact that we could basically take any time off as long as we talked about it beforehand and estabnlished the dates

The benefits are a joke. HQ pushes sales onto the team and offers little to no incentives to sell more. They did a year ago and at some points I was making an extra $200 a month (pretty pathetic considering I was always top 10 in sales but hey it was something). Those incentives are now gone, and HQ is pressuring stores to sell more.
Pros: Great benefits like free suits, good hours, high pay, ability to move up to company Cons: Poor HQ, lack of communication between senior team members and starting members
Great health insurance, decent time off, and a fairly flexible schedule.
