Industrial Electrical Company works hard to provide excellent health, dental and vision benefits and shares the cost of the premium with the employees. In 2017, there are two different PPO plans in which the employer pays a minimum of $1000 of first dollar coverage and up to $2000. In the past, there has been an HMO option. There is no cost to the employee for employee only dental benefits. Most people don't believe it when they hear the company will match 15% of the employees 401(k) contribution.
Quarterly meetings with lunch provided. Average compensation. Below average medical & retirement.
They offer great benefits, 401k options, the benefit package fit my family perfect. You get the option to change your 401k online at anytime and you can also decide online how much your going to contribute.
