Good vision, limited vacation
Best thing are probably complimentary theme park tickets and discounts. Health insurance is comprehensive but very high deductible unless you choose Kaiser. Both have high employee premium as well. Vacation limited unless you’ve been there a long time.
The total benefit quality make a big difference depending on the length of the service. You have to stay long time to be elligible receiving the comfortable benefit.
There are amazing discounts for the Disney Parks as well as access to Disney Digital services like Disney Channel, ABC, ESPN, etc.
I like the Disney Main Entrance Pass beneift
401k, on site childcare, parties, and medical
Great health insurance, Disneyland pass for you/friends, onsite meals (not free)
Medical is pretty high. Before Disney bought LucasFilm, Kaiser was free for the family. It was basically pay decrease when Disney switched our plans.
Solid 401k and excellent health plan. Holiday parties and Thanksgiving turkey courtesy of the company. On-the-job training was sporadic and limited.
Falling under the Disney umbrella, the benefits for working at ILM are very good. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the bigger the machine, the slower the gears turn. Having an issue with my benefits took a while to resolve, but aside from that I have no complaints.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
