FTO is not that preferred. Other benefits are ok.
Good - ESPP stock purchase at 15% discount; Salary if negotiated up front Bad - Health care costs and benefits; 401K match lower than market; Poor raises once you've reached market rates; Flextime so not accrued vacation (could be good or bad)
Infinera offers great benefits for employers and their families, including domestic partners, which includes medical, vison and dental. They also offer 401K, Fitness Center in their headquarter location and some of the other locations.
Excellent medical and dental insurance, along with other perks such as subsidized mass transit and life insurance
Health insurance is good. ESPP is good. 401k match is too little. No perks or discounts as far as I know. No social events.
