Very good 401k matching
Health benefits: better several years ago, now relatively high copay, dental insurance capped at $1200 per year. Very good short and long term disability policy. Sick time does not count into vacation time. Retirement Plan: very competitive 401K contribution by Infineum. Pension plan for employees who were employed before 2013. Some little discounts (events, museums) are available but nothing major. No clear site-wide work from home policy. Private mobile phone discount for employees (20% off with one major phone service provider).
respectable medical and dental coverage
From what I've been told (I was a contractor), the company takes very good care of their employees and has a retirement savings plan that is among the best offered and employees retire very comfortably. The medical, dental and other insurance benefits offered were very good (as I was told), and employees couple join a credit union which had an office inside the building.
Health Insurance isn't terrible but the list of covered prescriptions can change suddenly and what was once covered is no longer covered. This is a simple fix by switching to an alternate drug that is covered.

Automatic 3% contribution into your 401(k), additional match up to 4%. There is a pension for those who already work here, new hires have an increasing 401(k) match profile based on age and years of service (I am much happier to have my pension, though!) Health benefits (including dental and vision) are better than most, and reasonably priced. On par with the top companies like J&J and Exxon. No specific work-from-home policy, it is dependent on your supervisor. Some employee discounts are available. Infineum is very active in the local community and volunteer opportunities are abundant and rewarding. Standard paid vacation (2 weeks to start; 3 weeks at 5 years; 4 at 10; 5 at 20; 6 at 30 - plus 4 personal holidays). Sick time is separate. Small gym on-site is very inexpensive. Frequent employee recognition events.
