Very flexible hours, especially for part-time/interns. Pay is pretty good for the area and there is a lot of room to grow. Every other Friday is an innovation day, allowing Software Developers to work on any project (that benefits the company).
Cost is way to high for insurance and it should not be.
It was basic for anyone who is single. But if your married or especially if you have child(ren) this is not the greatest plan for you.

This company knows that employee engagement is good business. They haven't raised insurance premiums for us in at least 4 years, even though the cost has gone up for them! There is a gym onsite with personal trainer, annual weight loss competition for cash award, and health fairs that invite physicians in to consult.
