Catered lunch every day at no cost to employee. 401K w/ 3.5% match. Lots of healthcare options. Stock options vary. PTO seems fair and comparable to other companies. 3 days included every year to volunteer at your discretion if you wish. Time off for holidays is standard at best but really depends on if you are a hourly employee or if you're salary. If salary, 2 weeks off around Christmas/New Years. If hourly, 3 days.

The benefits at Inflection are above standard except when it comes to tuition reimbursement. There is no tuition reimbursement at all. Other companies in the Omaha Area that are known for having less then average benefit packages such as First Data have tuition reimbursement of 5.5K. There is a small learning and development budget which is averages to 600 per year per employee. If you are looking for a company to invest in your future Inflection is not the place.
