Health insurance, dental, not much more to report. It's basic. A little less vacation than what I would've liked, but it was fairly standard.
Pretty average medical, vision and dental, 401k with no matching, PTO and sick days are combined 15 days and accrued monthly. Free lunch once a week and reasonably stocked snack pantry. Work hours and work from home are very inflexible.
Not competitive: Medical, dental, vision is part of package- not fully covered though. 401k, no employer match 15 days PTO, hours accrued monthly (??) for all, not just new employees
Pros - Average health insurance offerings - Nice end of year bonus that's based on quarterly goals - small equity offering Cons - No 401k. - No working from home - Disappointing vacation/time off is merged with sick days
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
