“Holiday pay could be better. You just get paid for the day as though you were there working-no time and a half or anything. For hourly, minor...”

The primary objective in selecting a health insurance provider was cost. My Pan American Life coverage was sub par. all other benefits, 401k, vacation, and time off were available, I cannot comment about them because I did not avail myself of them. The performance reward system was very cool.

The benefits are not affordable for the entry level and mid management level employees. As a self-funded company, they do not cover very much.

The benefits package was very reasonable. The paid vacation time was the best feature. They provided two weeks of vacation and 7 sick days up front.

Even if your performance is high, basically the only way to bonus is never leave your desk.

You were only covered if you worked full-time. I'm a senior citizen, therefore; I already receive my social security check and I can not work full-time at this time. There is not much I can say about the benefits, it seems to be a great benefits package for those who qualify for the benefits. The benefits package they offer is a great incentive for working for InfoCision.
