The best thing about the benefits package is that it was available for Full Time or Part Time employees.

Vacation Pay, Overtime, Health Benefits, Gym Usage, Childcare, Maternal Leave, and many other things are great at this company. Although, it will depend on location. Holiday trips, outings, and holiday bonuses are also a benefit.

The primary objective in selecting a health insurance provider was cost. My Pan American Life coverage was sub par. all other benefits, 401k, vacation, and time off were available, I cannot comment about them because I did not avail myself of them. The performance reward system was very cool.

The benefits are not affordable for the entry level and mid management level employees. As a self-funded company, they do not cover very much.

As a WAH agent,, no benefits for six months

Insurance is affordable, bonus potential every week for just working your assigned hours, and you can win gift cards for getting sales.
