DTO is great, while you're employed there. But it also means no PTO accrual, and=> not paid out at separation if you leave. It's a trade off, but something to keep in mind.
DTO means that you take off when you want for whatever reasons you need, at your manager's discretion. No limits, other than what your manager decides.
