DTO is great, while you're employed there. But it also means no PTO accrual, and=> not paid out at separation if you leave. It's a trade off, but something to keep in mind.
DTO means that you take off when you want for whatever reasons you need, at your manager's discretion. No limits, other than what your manager decides.
Unlimted DTO which is new in 2018
The Vacation & Paid Time Off is amazing, you get near a month off in my position, even though I could imagine taking that amount of time off with the amount of responsibilities I have and how competitive the field is.
Management was very flexible when it came to PTO. They often times rewarded hard working employees with additional time off outside of the defined PTO.
Great PTO plan offered with the company
20 days a year of paid time off
Four weeks for new employees plus nine holidays
The company's policy of having only one category of time off (vs. tracking sick time separately) is very enlightened. No need to fib about health matters when you need to "take a day off 'well'".
There are 20 days right off the gate.
