Unlimited FTO is awesome and one bad thing about the benefits is the college reimbursement policy. Its structured to where you have to be in a full program and doesnt apply to I individual courses or trainings related to your role. Co soldering that pretty much everyone has at meat a bachelor, this benefit is only available if you want to get another bachelors degree or master's.
