Solid benefits, Increased 401k match, 2 weeks vacation (3 weeks at 5 years), 1 week sick, 8 paid holidays. That is over a month per year.
The benefits are comprehensive for a mid-sized company. New benefits are being added such as a 401k match and supplemental flex spend accounts. It shows me that as I'm helping the company grow, it's giving back to me in tangible ways.
Benefits are just ok - could be better. Took years to get company to match 1% on 401k plan. Vacation and holiday time off is minimal.
Package are very fair, and solid for a small but growing company. I wouldn't say in themselves they are enticing, but they are sufficient. Some 401k matching, full package of health benefits, paid vacation and sick time.
Time off is really poor. Benefits are mediocre at best - but they are benefits.
