Had bonuses in the range of $2k a year. Changed to "spot bonuses" and told employees it would be better for them. Occasionally handed out $250 bonuses for one year and then scrapped that in favor of no bonus. Recently added performance bonus that will pay out a whopping $250 a month if you are a near-perfect employee which includes not EVER using sick time.
There are no perks. The health insurance is expensive and coverage is behind the times. There is no STD! 401k is poorly managed and takes forever to be fully vested. Vacation is earned paycheck by paycheck and your vacation time is taken if you clock in late, if you are sick or if work is slow and you are sent home.
