    Ingersoll Rand has some of the best benefits from the initial day of hire there is. Offers large contributions to an HSA if certain activities are completed throughout the year.

    Great 401k matching plan, current match is dollar for dollar up to 6%. There are great work location flexibility options, such as full time tele-commuting.

    The maternity leave is awesome I was able to spend 10 weeks at home after delivery 4 of which were compensated at 100% of my earnings and I'm an hourly employee.

    Excellent benefits - great healthcare options with HSA contributions to compensate for deductible plans. The 401k is a dollar-for-dollar 6% match with no vesting period and immediate eligibility, AND they kick in an additional 2% for the cash balance plan (instead of pension). They have great Health Progress programs where you can earn points and get additional contributions to your HSA. Overall very pleased with the benefits.

    Since I was an Intern I was not eligible for most of the benefit options, but I was eligible for a program that allowed me to get discounts on food and other merchandise.
