Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?
Starting off with 14 days of PTO + 5 sick days. After one year you accrue 16 days. Currently working hybrid, 2-3 days in the office. Low 401k match and not the best insurance plan. Great work-life balance!
Health insurance, and vacation were competitive
Great benefits, but subpar pay.
Reasonable price, decent coverage as far as insurance goes. Awful PTO and vacation policy (accrual per the norm, but cannot take until accrued number of hours and very little sick time). Limited flexibility in hours
Subpar vacation time at just 3 weeks for professionals, average health benefits, below average 401k match but does offer traditional and Roth, the worst parental leave I’ve ever heard of (zero paid leave, only STD but doesn’t count adoption so you only get unpaid and use up your vacation).
Competitive 401K and healthcare benefits
