Pretty standard benefits package. Includes all the usual benefits like 401K. Vacation time, standard holidays.
Great paid time off - including base PTO, summer days, floating holidays. Decent 401K match. TERRIBLE health insurance. The worst I've had by far in the industry. A lot of out of pocket costs, especially if you have monthly prescriptions.
Good Amount of vacation days, matching 401K, not the worst health or dental insurance
Standard media agency benefits. There was "beer Fridays" where after lunch beer and wine were offered with snacks. We also had Summer Fridays which is a standard agency thing as well.
Huge amount of PTO. The insurance plans would be better if the employee didn't have to contribute to part of the premium that is relatively common these days.
Vacation and time off is great - start with 18 PTO days, after 3 years this increases to 23. Additionally, you get the week between Christmas and New Years off and 4 summer days. 401K and health insurance is standard.
Best - A sizable number of PTO days are available, though they can't be carried over year to year. When I was there, there was a company match for 401k up to 6%. Pay seemed to be competitive, and I was content with the medical benefits.
Good PTO. 401k doesn't kick in for 3 years. Health packages are pretty good, and can cover a lot of your needs
Good health insurance with a few different options.
Best: they have 18 days time off per year and 4 days of in summer period.
