It's nice that all time off is rolled under a PTO policy, so if you don't take many sick days, you can still use those for vacation, etc. Days also carry over somewhat from year to year, at least in CA.
Worst thing is the dental DMO package. Huge out of pocket costs if you want to find a quality dentist/ fecility
