The best thing about the insurance coverage was that our plan was accepted by most doctors. We were also provided dental and vision, both at very low costs.

Tons of PTO and great health plans with low deductibles.

Among the benefits, the most pertinent perk for myself is the 18 days PTO. This does not include national holidays and 4 days in the summer months (summer days), as well as an annual Floating Holiday and Personal Day. In addition to the generous PTO schedule, a lot of others have mentioned great health insurance, 401K match, IPG stock buying incentive, etc.

Health Insurance sucks, employee discount is not much

Being an intern I did not receive 401K or any benefits, however as an intern the company perks were substantial. Being in media we work with many well-known clients which results in discounted gifts all the time.

Benefits package here is fine. On a positive note, time off seems to be rather generous, with a good number of paid holidays and Summer Days to add to the regular time off. While I am sure the healthcare plan is now more the norm, my experience at previous companies was with much more generous medical coverage that didn't require so much out of pocket. The prescription drug offering is pretty bad, however. Instead of being able to use a local CVS pharmacy, you need to use Express Scripts for 90 days supplies. Express Scripts is one of the worst rated companies to work for and it shows through the blah attitudes and inconsistent service provided by their staff. Cost of meds also seems to be high - again, not sure if this is just due to the rising cost of healthcare of the amount the company is covering.

PTOs are not divided into vacation vs. sick days. If you are healthy person, it's good. If not, then you have no vacation.

Enjoyed the gym discounts. Would have liked more help choosing a plan.

Has great vacation time and usually 4 summer days off and potential week off in December for holidays

They honestly offer an amazing benefit package. Being part of IPG makes it much better because they have thought through everything. I can't complain.
