personally i've experienced great work life balance. I honestly believe it all comes down to the account you work on, but generally the agency is very generous with pto and extra holidays and/or pre-holiday shut downs. They also offer a 401k, great dental and medical plan if needed. There are alot more but these are just the basics.

Great benefits package, fairly low deductibles and all around good insurance packages.

Lots of great vacation time, upwards of 18 PTO days plus additional holidays off. There are bonuses, but they are few and far between. 401K is pretty decent. Many people complained about the health insurance plan but I was not enrolled.
