The health insurance is decent but it's not as good as it was. Currently they offer 3 different plans. The company gives you opportunity to earn up to 20% discount off the cost of the plans. If you earn the 15%-20% off the plans are affordable. The dental insurance is good and affordable also if you earn the discount. They allow you to turn in up to $400 to be reimbursed for things such as gym memberships or fitness related equipment. What is not good about the benefits package is the 401k. Company only matches up to 2% and there is no retirement plan other than the 401k.
