How did you guys seriously find a way to make the heath assessment harder than it already was? This is ridiculous. It's 2019 and Inmar is in 2001. To anyone outside the loop, last year we had horrible coverage with Cigna that required you to send in a blood test and perform a physical with your doctor to avoid paying a "premium" insurance price (Over $100 a month). Now Inmar still uses Cigna, but you have to go through a company called WebTPA who's purpose is to deny claims before they even get to Cigna. WebTPA has outsourced this health assessment to another company. If you are a software engineer considering Inmar as an employer, RUN.

Doesn't matter how good the benefits are if the pay isnt' competitive
Minimum health coverage is provided for warehouse associates. Leadership positions have better options.
The best thing is vacation, everyone gets it. Worst thing is they do not help with student debt. The pay is also not too good. Only good for a part-time job. Maybe at their headquarters its better.
