Individual health benefits are affordable, but very expensive when adding any dependents. They have made some strides to address this but the employee contribution is highest I have ever seen anywhere
Decent insurance high dental good 401k contribution all starting on day 1
-401k Match is Based on Company Performance (Currently Nonexistent) -Medical Insurance is Expensive -15 PTO Days per Year - We Used to Get 2 Floating Holidays that Mysteriously Disappeared in 2017
-Offer 3 weeks (15 days PTO) and the plan grows with the employee, 10 paid holidays annually. -bcbs healthcare, dental, vision insurance options & Telemed to call in and speak with a doctor whenever. -401k with a match -commuter account for public transit passes/parking -summer & winter flex hours Pretty standard for the workplace in my experience
Health insurance premiums and deductibles are high. Vacation days include sick time, and telecommuting is at the discretion of your manager. However, the office has historically offered summer hours (2pm dismissal on Fridays between Memorial and Labor Day) and typically dismisses employees early on the day before a national holiday (10 per year).
401k matching and good health benefits.
Extremely expensive for anything other than single person plan.
They juist re-did benefits for this year and they are so much better!
Lots of holidays, good pension scheme, paid travel when work related
Medical benefits are not the best.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
