Lots of benefits and ownership incentives for the long-term.
Solid package but getting worse every year. Flexible hours is the biggest benefit to me! As for common "package" benefits: 3 weeks vacation + 2 additional weeks of "stewardship" time. Phone plan is included (you pay $1-200 for a phone every upgrade) ESOP based on W2 (valuable if company grows) 401k (match is 25% up to 3%) Health insurance is high deductible HSA + premiums (used to be a good plan and no premium, though this is not unheard of) less tangible things: free lunch a few times a month (every Friday + most Wednesdays), fun stuff like T shirts and prizes in staff meetings and when your business unit does well. Makes it fun
The health insurance is a high-deductible with an HSA. You end up paying a lot out of pocket, especially if you are new/young (like most of the employees there) and haven't built up your HSA. The mental health care is much better, you get 3 free visits to Pine Rest per issue you have. The ESOP plan is pretty good, most people who have been there for a long time are millionaires in their ESOP.
As an intern I had no major benefits. However, there was free lunch weekly and also several work meetings that were interactive and fun to attend.
Health insurance is covered. And 401k. 3 weeks off vacation.
2 weeks vacation per year
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
