One of the best benefits is the free cell phone that is paid monthly by the employer. (It is only offered to some employees though.)
benefits were expensive due to companies financial standing. benefits got better over the years. 401K contribution was lacking.
best thing is that occaissionally the contracting company arrives and hands out gift cards for $10
Health, Dental and Eye is higher than normal and not many options. 401K is not matched at all. Paid time off is below industry standards. They do offer Accident, hospital, extra life, short term and long term for additional fees which are normal prices.
They have a 0.01 percent match on the 401K. No, That is not a typo. I would have to put in 10% for them to match 1%. Below I have to select "YES" to the "Do they have a 401K" question, because technically they do. That's why they offer the horrible 0.01% rate.
The price is expensive for what you get
Good vacation, flexible hours. Insurance is costly.
There are cheap options if you don't want much coverage, but it's expensive to cover more than basic for sure.
401 K the company match was very low
Good benefits and HR did a very good job helping me to decide.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
