You could build up PTO relatively easy just show up consistently which everyone didn't always do.
You get to choose between 2 plans. One is a lower deductible plan that costs more for people that use insurance more.
Nothing! Great benefits! Great company! Plus start 1st of the month and are almost immediate. Very happy!
Best thing is the stock options and the healthcare is pretty good too along with PTO days. The worst is the 401k match. I also wish we had a wellness program with a small gym reimbursement and quota relief for PTO days.
Comprehensive plan that was very useful
The best part of the benefits package is that they offer full medical, dental, vision, short term/ long term disability, etc... They also provide plenty of paid time off. The worst part would be that the medical benefits are expensive if you need to insure more than just yourself. Also the deductible is too high and they do not match your 401k at all.
