PTO is used any time you are off work. If you are not scheduled a holiday, they use your PTO. If you are on vacation, PTO. If you are sick, PTO. If you have a baby, PTO. Also the max accumulation is too small. It is easy to either use it all up or cap it out, both of which are bad.
The longer you are there, the more PTO you earn. I was able to take vacation pretty much whenever I wanted, except holidays.
Hours accrued for PTO is very minimal and it's used for sick days as well as cancellations and vacations

9.5 days for combined vacation, sick and holiday. Not great compared to VHC who offers 1 month or 12+ days.
Your Paid Time Off, Holidays and vacation are one in the same time. You have to use your PTO for holidays.
Very understanding management as well as ability to work from home.
Although you accrue an adequate amount of time off taking it is an issue due to staffing issues.
