They recently added paid holidays so you no longer have to use PTO to cover your holidays. They added 2 holidays to the calendar, They now pay 100% for the first two weeks of STD too. PTO accrues based by time on the job, so the longer you work there the faster you are able to accrue PTO.
It was ok. I didn't like the idea of having to use PTO for closures.
Very good. 7 paid holidays plus 5 weeks a year.
You have to use your own PTO for the Holidays.

PTO is used any time you are off work. If you are not scheduled a holiday, they use your PTO. If you are on vacation, PTO. If you are sick, PTO. If you have a baby, PTO. Also the max accumulation is too small. It is easy to either use it all up or cap it out, both of which are bad.
The longer you are there, the more PTO you earn. I was able to take vacation pretty much whenever I wanted, except holidays.
Hours accrued for PTO is very minimal and it's used for sick days as well as cancellations and vacations
