Tremendously lacking, You need an act of congress to get any time off
Decent PTO package, better for employees with long tenure.
At least some PTO is offered, however, you cannot cash out or rollover to the next year, because it is not earned. You get two weeks each year.
If you plan to leave the company, please put in your PTO before submitting your resignation letter. Leftover PTO is not paid out once you leave. Getting PTO upfront is a bonus.
You get more weeks of vavation time when u start then any other company I have worked for
The paid holidays are about average for most employers and the vacation time is about average as well. Time off has to be approved ahead of time and can be denied if during a peak time such as summer vacation.
PTO is minimal and non-negotiable, regardless of your prior experience.
3 weeks, no sick leave + holidays, after 5yrs 1 extra week
I can't comment on this other than that it is available. I left the company after 2 weeks due to unsuitable work conditions. Managers and trainers were very condescending and treated you like you were less of a person than they were.
No sick leave; so if you fall sick then please make sure you have a balance of paid leaves
