“Both paternity and maternity are offered, however paternity is more limited.”
FTO rather than PTO. My manager is good about time off, so this is not an issue for me. However, with the wrong manager, this can be an issue. 401K has a 3-year vesting schedule which I am not a huge fan of especially in the tech industry. Health insurance is really good!
Unlimited Time Off Great Work/Life Balance
Honestly, the only downside of the benefits package for me is the meager paternity/maternity leave. Otherwise, I love the unlimited PTO (it's awesome), the HSA, and different benefits packages.
Health insurance is pretty good, with $1000 deductible Select Health. PTO is pretty good, starting out with 16 days on year 1. Worst benefit is paternity leave, which was only 3 days long.
Unlimited PTO, decent health benefits, competitive 401K
Benefits was great. 15 days PTO to start and gets up to 21 days after you complete for second year. 401k they matched 50% up to 6% of paycheck. Medical and dental premiums were really good too. They also offer an HSA.
There is no worst. Great health, vision, and dental. Free life insurance package of 100k. Free gym membership at VASA that grandfathers in free child care. Boom!
- PTO is average good, for a software company. - premium prices are average, for a software company - 401k package is average. - Free soda and coffee/chocolate machine (amazing) - Lots of entertainment around (pool tables, ping pong tables, foozball table, pinball machines [very cool], lan house) - Very rare bonuses - Parental leave (male) is ridiculous, like 2 or 3 days. - No stock
Options for different healthcare providers. HSA option. 401K.
Time off from day 1 with incremental days on anniversary.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
