Great benefits like 401k and PTO.
Just the basic-minimum benefits, not much investment into the people; 401K matching, stock purchase program, second rate health coverage. Really a poor attempt. The main driver for me leaving was no investment in my future as an employee, you would think once you proved yourself the company would invest to keep you guess not.
The worst part would be no company matching of 401k, and there is limited vacation. They do have a very generous Health insurance policy, however.
