Expect to get vacation,401k, medical, dental Military Leave, pension Plan, Tuition Assistance. They will let you know immediately all benefits you can take right before the start of your work
The package can be costly to begin
As a contractor, I got no benefits whatsoever.
Health Insurance and 401(k) options
Benefits are not great.
Medical and dental coverage is good and affordable. There is no paid time off. Holidays are not paid so time has to be made up for company holidays.
No perks for me, I looked at the benefits package but did not take advantage of it because I was not a full time employee.
The company makes you think you'll get a nice 401k match and full benefits. Wrong. No match and benefits are AT COST.
Benefits are horrible They contribute up to $250 A YEAR to your 401k lol
Negotiate for PTO as there are no given days off. Health insurance is $300-500 per month with a high deductible. 401k doesn't allow you to contribute til the next year and match is low, up to $250.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
