“It’s too expensive that if you try and pay it and make very little it’s too expensive ”
“It’s okay. Not best not the worst ”
“Just middle of the road ”
Benefits are decent for single individuals
This company paid me $30k and offered benefits that would have taken $200 out of my weekly paycheck so $400 for biweekly and $800 at end of month. Taxes not included. They claim they don’t offer better stuff cause they can’t ? They are a multi million dollar company
Good vacation and sick time policy, plenty of helpful information about available benefits
Everything comes out of your check, the benefits are quite expensive and not full coverage. That might just be United healthcare where I'm at.
Benefits are okay. Could be better
401k match is terrible they only match up to 250 bucks a year. No bonus in IT unless you are probably management. Health insurance deductible is high.
Benefits didn’t start until 3 months into contract and the contract was only 6 months.
Not a good 401k plan and only 10 days off a year
Benefits aren't good! Expensive as well.
The benefits packages offered by Insight Global are prohibitively expensive. I was making roughly $550/week after taxes, and the cheapest tier cost $75 PER WEEK. At $300/month, plus copays and prescription costs (I have chronic health issues), it wasn't in my best interest to sign up, and I went through Michigan's healthcare exchange instead.
