Insight's vacation benefits are pretty average to start (2 weeks), but they increase faster than some other companies, and they're generous with paid holidays and paid volunteer hours. The paid volunteer hours are a nice way of encouraging teammates to give back to the community. They also just added one week of paid maternity or paternity leave. The HSA contribution ($1,000 per year for families) is double my last company's HSA contribution, and if you utilize the onsite health center, office visits are very affordable ($10). The onsite health center is a great benefit that everyone in Tempe should take advantage of. The onsite cafeteria is also very convenient, and the food is good and cheaper than if you go offsite to eat. The number one benefit I miss from my last company that Insight doesn't have is an onsite gym. It would be awesome if they added an onsite gym or reimbursement for gym memberships through health insurance.
