Coming into the 2017 year Insight has stepped up there commitment to the work force by doubling the 401k matching program. If Insight follows their current path of improvement year over year this will become a top company to work for.
Insight offers manyoptional employee benefts, but should be focused on reducing out of pocket medical care costs to employees, and increasing 401K contibutuions and flexible work options.
Health insurance wasn't bad. In some cases it was better than other bigger companies. They had a healthcare clinic on-site at their HQ which was a plus. You got 2 weeks vacation to start, but 3 weeks after 3 years which goes by fast. You get some many sick days, but they are good about giving you time if your kids are sick as well and not docking you so they are good about work/life balance. They do offer 401K.
The on-site wellness center at the Harl location is a great resource for those that work in the area.
