The benefits are mostly great with Insight. However, I do wish that there were better dental plan options.

Changed Medical and Dental to low premium/high deductible plan in 2018. Only works for catastrophic medical . Actually costing me more.

Good benefits like 401k and health insurance were good. Dental medical etcetera and much more

There are a lot of really great benefits at Insight. Our healthcare package is very competitive and provides my family what we need. The one big thing missing is a maternity leave policy that does not require you to use short term disability and FMLA.

Health Center on campus is nice.

Best benefit is health coverage now has more options than previous years. Worst benefit is the health plan is still very very underwhelming on coverage and costs.
