19 PTO days to start as a new employee! No gym on site, gym membership reimbursement, or wellness program.
They don't tell you until after you are hired and signing up for your employee benefits that there is no 401k match for Sales Reps. The offering paperwork states 401k match is for qualifying employees, but the way it's worded is like not qualifying is for part time employees. I did not realize SALES was the NOT qualifying employee. Felt very mislead especially since I left a company that had a great 401k match and offered better all around benefits and total compensation. Insperity takes pride is offering great benefits, which they are good at but NOT great.
19 days of PTO first 4 Years, then jumps to 24; 8 pd holidays and 4 hr month for volunteering
great benefits, 401k matching, medical insurance, dental, vision, and one of the best PTO packages.
Health insurance and 401k plan are amazing. They are a PEO afterall. Comp plan can be amazing if you are great at your role
Basic benefits were included such as 401K, medical insurance including health, dental and vision. Sick leaves and PTO as accrued with 3 per year. Reduced working days were offered.
There was really nothing bad with the benefits program. As a matter of fact, it's the best I've had in my career so far. Most benefits were available after 30 days of employment. The one thing that was disappointing is that the short-term disability insurance isn't portable.
Best is the co-pay worst -annual out-of -pocket maximum in -network
Great PTO from day 1 plus volunteer time off. Good insurance options with good premiums and deductibles. 401k matching after short eligibility period and immediate vesting.
Benefits of the company are pretty good. Medical, Dental and Vision are good with a matching 401 K
