    The benefits are not the best — to start, you get to accrue 15 days of PTO with 2 floating holidays. the company finally started offering bereavement last year, but they still don’t separate sick days — you have to use PTO or hope your manager supports working from home. Also, there’s no maternity or paternity leave for new parents — so again, you have to use PTO. The medical is high-deductible, but there are incentives for participating in healthy lifestyle choices.

    Benefits are alright. It is a smaller company but other smaller companies have a much more competitive benefits package. The 401k match is 25% up to 6% so really small. Healthcare is great if you are single but with a family I would avoid this place if you are the sole insurer. It can get very expensive very quickly.

    I love that we have PTO and not specified days for vacation, sick, etc. The health benefits are great as well.

    overall benefits are OK. 401 K matching is not that great. Health Insurance is good only if it covers just employee and it is waste if it is for family.
