Stock Options are really good
No health insurance, 401 k, nor auto or gas coverage. The only benefit is the flexible hours - you choose when you work.

Good medical, dental, and vision. Have to cost share more than the average startup. Horrible 401k-- doesn't past testing and you will receive a refund.
