“The best part about the job training is that is very little training and it straight forward and it's not hard to understand most of it is on your phone and or computer.”

Benefits are pretty great here. Wish there was 401K matching though
Technically you are not an employee but an independent contractor so you receive no benefits aside from the flexible hours and ability to pick and choose your orders.
Zero benefits- how can I say that in twenty words? What package? This company treats the shoppers horrible, the whole system is based on how low the shopper can go
Best: Healthcare plans have a low deductible Worst: They do not match or provide any 401K contribution.
You can set your vacation time whenever you like through the app. Benefits are through Fidelity investments which I haven't had a chance to really look into as of yet.
The base pay per batch varies depending on the area and day of the week, sometimes the pay is great and other times is quite low
