“Flexible options for health insurance”
“There is a good employer match”
“Instart Logic allows flexibility to their employees. As long as everyone is working hard and not falling behind on their responsibilities, the company is very accommodating to each employee's needs when it comes to working at the office or home.”
401k matching of up to 4%
good compensations and perks and 401 k and health insurance. they recently removed the 401 k contributions though
flexibility, good insurance, 401k and stock options
Catered lunches MWF, matching 401k up to 4%, "unlimited PTO", snacks, etc.
Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?
I was extremely impressed by the benefits package Instart Logic offers. It is one of the best packages I've seen to date.
Love that for a company our size, we still offer 401K matching
I love that the company allows dogs at the office and the flexible hours is great. There's no worst benefit because they're all nice to haves - the 401k plan provider wasn't great, but that's changing.
Best thing is - there is a decent 401K employer match. A decent number of healthcare choices/plans for you to pick from. If you are on your spouse's insurance, I believe the company pay's you something per month.
401k matching was a pleasant surprise - most companies this size don't do 401k matching.
Best thing - 4% match for a startup is pretty unheard of. Dogs in the office and the amount of snacks and drinks is great!
