Retirement is excellent, with a 5% guaranteed contribution and a 1:1 match on your 5%. That's fantastic, and 15% of your salary into your 403(b) with only 5% from you. Healthcare is excellent, but getting very, very expensive. Educational benefits are, in theory, amazing, but I've never seen anyone use them.
