IDA, through all of its employee benefts partners, offers you a benefits program that allows choice and flexibility. Through this program, you can choose the benefits that are best for you and your family.
All regular staff members working a schedule of 60% time or more and temporary staff members holding appointments of six months or more are eligible to participate in the IDA group medical, dental, vision, and life insurance programs. Coverage may commence immediately upon active employment and enrollment.

The benefits package is pretty standard for large defense contractors. The company pays about 70% of the health insurance premiums and the employee picks up the remainder. The 403b (essentially equivalent to a 401k) plan is really good. The employee contributes 5% and the company contributes 11%. It's hard to beat that!
