It is pretty much a full time job during the busy part of the season. But it is also extremely flexible. You are able to pick the hours and days you would like to work, and you can change your schedule at any time.

Not really reduced hours but you decide what hours and days you want to work within the parameters the company is open and your services are needed. They do have needs so working the hours of need is beneficial in working a longer season.

Since I already have a part-time job that I do year round, it is nice to be able to add this job to round out my schedule. My other part-time job pays benefits, so I don't need the medical and retirement, etc. And it offers me the chance to pick my own hours and days of the week availability.
