The benefits were great. I had the HSA and they contributed annually. Stock options and 401k were also offered.
Things you wouldn't even think about are covered. Employer pays 100% of your medical, dental, and life insurance. For you and your entire family. 401k with employer matching, dependant care reimbursement, gym reimbursement, stock options, wellness program, unlimited pto, tuition reimbursement, paid maternity and paternity leave, company ski passes, jazz tickets and huge company parties. The only downside, no Christmas bonuses.
Incredible benefits. Only thing missing is 401k. But the others all make up for it.
The worst thing about the benefits here is that healthcare still costs money. Granted, it's not much since we don't pay premiums for insurance and most of the annual deductible is paid by the company but it still ends up costing a bit in the end.
