“It was great to have free lunch at least once a week.”
“I would love to see Instructure take a more competitive stance on Paternity leave to keep up with other tech companies. ”
“It was a great benefit to have. I was happy with it.”
401k is match is not good...
Great benefits across the entire company.
Healthcare covered by company and cool app called HealthJoy makes life really easy to manage benefits.
Lots of snacks in the kitchen, competitive benefits
Pretty much everything was included, but it meant salary was less, and they laid a bunch of us off when bought by a firm. They frequently gave false hope to possibly hundreds of employees.
Comprehensive packages with health, dental, retirement, time off and much more.
The health insurance package is very generous and they offset the price of your dependents. Additionally they offer very useful benefit apps that make it easy to book appointments and make the most of your coverage. I am very appreciative of the benefits offered at Instructure.
Free lunch once a week, unlimited soda and snacks. The worst thing about the benefits package was the 401k. The company's match was a joke. I heard it said more than once that the rest of the benefits (especially stock options and RSUs) made up for the lousy 401k, which could be true.
Benefits package recently changed to require employee premium contribution and higher deductible for the HSA option,
Used to rock, always changing now
