IOA has an extremely comprehensive benefits package, some provided at some cost to the employee and some provided at no cost. They have a wonderful 401K plan with matching up to a certain percentage. The benefits provided at a cost are reasonably priced. There are many benefits to choose from. They offer a generous vacation plan and paid time off for holidays.
