HSA is good, medical is good, 401k okay
Decent 401K contribution, average health. Very generous vacation. Regular bagel days and team building events.
Health Inurance is a bit pricey for family plan
The network is good but the copays, coinsurance and deductibles are very high beware
Paid time off is great
Decent benefit package but as with every other company, not cheap.
Has improved in the last 5 years to attract new talent, but corporate culture, environments and efforts around talent development and retention are worst negating any good that is being done with benefits.
Overall good benefits package that included typical large corporation benefit program options . Allowed flexibility and annual changes. Human resources and benefits team members were pleasant and easy to work with.
Paid time off is all in 1 bucket - helpful for those of us who don't usually use sick days.
