IDT offers a 401K plan through Prudential. Eligibility for new enrollments is first of the month following
completion of 90 days of employment. Employees will be automatically enrolled at 3%. In addition,
employee’s contributions will auto escalate 1% annually on April 1st.
IDT partners with a financial advisory firm, CapTrust. Though any contribution changes you want to
make to your 401K plan must be made directly with Prudential, CapTrust offers financial services to help
you make retirement plan and financial decisions.
IDT offers a discretionary company match that is subject to change. For 2017, a 3.5% match is offered if
you contribute 7%.
