The benefits package is great, especially the PTO for new employees. The first year will get 144 hours PTO.
Average package. Nothing extraordinary.
401k package could be better
The time off is 120 hours/ year starting. Taking time off is pretty flexible. 401k and health benefits are pretty average
They match part of your HSA contribution and it is awesome, plus 3 weeks of vacation after 2 years.
The PTO is nice to have. It is frustrating that they group it all together for sick and standard. There is no maternity leave or paternity leave. They provide Short term/long term disability instead of maternity leave, but you have to have PTO built up for that to provide any comfort during that time.
The PTO program allows you to roll over up to 160 hours of PTO. You could potentially max out at 188 (normal yearly accrual) + 160 (max rollover) + 16 floating holiday hours.
3.5 weeks of PTO during your first year of employment. Company HSA and 401K contribution.
IDT is competitive in the benefits available to everyone top to bottom. The health insurance is a Health Savings Account-based plan, and there is some match to the 401k plan.
Nothing that HR at IDT provides is worth anything.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
