Benefits and perks are good
Health care is top notch - better than most in the industry! Everything else is middle of the road or on the low end of the scale.

Fully paid premiums for me and minor cost for full coverage of partner (same-sex couple). Education benefits are $15K a year but a long vesting period to be forgiven. Unsure of any adoption assistance. Provide travel incentives if you travel more than 50% each month. Should continue to review 401k match, PTO/Vacation improvements(2-3 weeks for first few years), and FMLA improvements for BOTH parents regardless of gender and regardless of birth or adoption.
The best thing about the package is that for all IPM employees, insurance is at no cost. And if you are adding a spouse or family, the cost is still extremely low for what they are offering. If I had to say a negative it would probably be for vision since it you are better off paying out of pocket for most instances instead of using the plan that was available.
