Medical insurance premiums and 85% of deductible are completely paid for by the company. If the employee (or family) does not use the company insurance, a (taxable) monthly stipend is paid back to the employee.

Healthcare benefits are great. Changes to the healthcare system have added a huge financial burden to company, but the benefits for employees and families is still top tier. Bonuses are tied to company and individual performance/sacrifice. Good bonuses tied to business development, recruiting and travel. Vacation time is average. 2 weeks a year accrued monthly when you start. 3 weeks a year after 2 years. Paternity leave policy could be improved.

IPM has an incredible health benefits package. They cover 100% of the health insurance for me and my family. To boot they cover 80% of the deductible as well. Incredible!!!
Amazing Medical Coverage! 100% employer paid premiums and they cover 80% of the deductible and 100% of the coinsurance!!! 100% employer paid premiums for dental, life and short-term disability! The 90 day waiting period to start 401k contributions is longer than I would like, but the 3% employer match starts right away.
