Good health insurance, cover a sensible percent of expenses. Acceptable
HDHP plans are 0 cost to employee with a family dedictable of 5000 / year
for HDHP - no premium cost and a very low (comparitively) deductible for a "high" deductible plan. For peers I've looked in to (like NVidia) the same "low" high deductible costs a lot of money in the premium cost. and for years at Intel it's been $0.
