Intel provides good 401K and stock purchasing options. Health care options are okay. Maternity leave is a good benefit.
For exempt employees, time off wasn't really tracked. Especially if you get your work done.

2 weeks Vacation, 3 after 10 years. another 88 hrs for floating holidays. You never loose your time. Vacations(160 hrs) and holiday (end of the year) time is automatically cashed out when over the limit. There is no limit on the amount of personal absence time (sick time) you can accrue. It can be sold, or used as vacation also. You get a month Sabbatical after 4 years 4 weeks or 8 weeks after 7. I have no kids, but I believe you get 8 weeks of which you can break up how ever you decide.

Pretty standard vacation, but the addition of sabbaticals gives employees an additional long break every 4-7 years.
